A group of workers had agreed on a very strange payment schedule. Each of them would get $100 for every day that they had worked, but for every day they did not work will have to return $25. After 30 days they realized they did not earn any money. How many days the workers did not work?

24 days they did not work
number of days they work = X
number of days they did not work equal to 30 -x
they did not earn any money
so
x*100=25*(30-x)
100x=750-25x
100x+25x=750
125x=750
x=750/125
x=6
number of days did not work = 30 - x
=30-6=24days
number of days they work = X
number of days they did not work equal to 30 -x
they did not earn any money
so
x*100=25*(30-x)
100x=750-25x
