Inner radius = r =10/2 = 5 cm
Outer radius = R = 5+1 = 6 cm          thickness = 1 cm
Inner curved surface area = 2 π r²
Outer curved surface area = 2 π R²

On the base of hemispherical bowl, there is a flat ring area too.
Area of flat ring :  π R² - π r²

Total surface area: 2 π r² + 2 π R² + π R² - π r²
                          = 3 π R² + π r²
                          = 3 *22/7 * 6² + 22/7 * 5² =  418 cm²
Cost of painting = area * price
            = 418 * 2 = Rs 836
