Given:-

Mass of Bullet = 50 g

velocity = 150 m/s

Mass of tiger = 60 kg

Velocity = 10 m/s

To Find:-

No. of bullets = ?

Solution:-

Let n bullets be fired in 1s. To stop the tiger in his track, momentum of bullets = momentum of tiger,

 \sf n(50 \times  {10}^{ - 3} ) \times 150 =  60 \times 10 \\  \\  \sf n =  \frac{60 \times 10}{50 \times  {10}^{ - 3}150 }   = 80
