PQRS is the lawn with PQ=10m and QR=8cm
Path is 1m wide on all sides of lawn.
Now AB=1+10+2=12m
BC=1+8+1=10m

area of path=Area of ABCD-Area of PQRS
=AB×BC-PQ×QR
=12×10-10×8
=120-80
=40 sq m.
