diameter , D = 80 cm = 0.8 m
radius , r = 0.4 m
in one revolution distance covered = 2π r= 2×3.14×0.4 = 2.512 m
width = 1 m
area covered in one revolution = (2.512×1) = 2.512 m²

The roller is in shape of cylinder
wide = diameter = 1m
                           = 100 cm
       radius = 50 cm
the height = 80 cm .

   Surface area of cylinder = 2× 22/7 ×  r × h
                                          = 2 × 22/7 × 50 × 80
                                          = 44 × 4000/7
                                          = 176000/7
                                          = 25142.8571 cm²

the area covered in a revolution = 25142.8571 cm²
                                   OR           = 2.5142 m²
