paheli and boojho observe a bright object iñ the sky which was not twinkling. Pahali says it is star and boojho says it is a planet. who is correct.

Boojho is correct that it a planet because planets don't twinkle. Planets have a large number of point sources of light. The dimming effect of one part of the planet can be nullified by the brighter part. So it doesn't twinkle.
