Dear Aunt Jessi,
Hello! I hope you and your family are in the pink of health. As you know, I am Nivedita, Aashika's best friend in school.

Actually, Aashi and I had made a plan of a camping trip to Dooars for 4 days. After that we would have a sleepover and a picnic. We had planned this for a week. My parents will be sponsoring the trip. All you would have to do is send her to my house on the 10th May and pick her up on the 18th. It would be for 7 days. For that timespan, she would be our responsibility. My parents will accompany us to the trip and will at all times be present with us. So, you should not worry about safety. We will arrange for her to call and contact you regularly.

It is okay if you so not want to permit Aashi, because she is an only child and you have never left her alone. But I assure you, if you send her, she will be delivered back to you just the way she arrived. Please RSVP by the 4th so that we can make all arrangements accordingly.
