I am very sorry to report that my letters are not properly delivered to me.
The postman of our area, XYZ Pal, is very irregular and careless. He does not perform his duty honestly. He delivered my letters either to wrong persons or to children playing in the street put up a letter box bearing my name and address. But he does not put my letters into my house. I requested him many times but it no effect. I am, therefore, obliged to complain to you against him.
Please take necessary action. I shall feel highly obliged to you for this.

I am extremely sorry for wring this complain letter to reportyou that my letters and other documents are not properly delivered.The postman who serves our area, is very irregular and careless in nature. He neglects his duties and not perform his duty dedicatedly. It is frequently happening that important letters are mis posted and are lost.It is found that he is delivering my letters either to wrong persons or to children playing in the street. But he never deliver my letters to my house.
I, therefore, obliged to complain to you against him.
