(2,-5) is the mid point of the line connecting two end points (X,0) and ,(0,Y). [as,the point on X axis is (X,0) and the point on y axis is (0,Y)]

therefore....

 \frac{x + 0}{2} = 2 \\ = > x = 4 \\ and \\ = > \frac{y + 0}{2} = - 5 \\ = > y = - 10

therefore coordinate of p is (0,-10) and of Q is (4,0)
