Heya!

Here's your answer -

lets take the man have brought 'x' oranges

then,
x(13/100) are rotten orange

therefore,
remaining oranges
= x - (13x/100)
 = 87x/100

now,
75 % of this is
= 87 x 100× 75/100
 =6525x/10000

ATQ,

87x / 100 - (6525 x 10000) = 522
8700x-6525x/10000=522 2175x=5220000
x=5220000/2175
⇒x=2400

Hope it helps!!

hiii!!!

here's ur answer frnd....

let the total number of oranges be x.

13% were found rotten and gave 75% so the remaining % of orange is = 100-(75+13)

= 100-88

= 12%

 \frac{12}{100} \: of \: x = 522 \\ \\ x = \frac{12}{100} \times \frac{1}{522} \\ \\ x = 100 \times 43.5 \\ \\ x = 4350 \\ \\ hence \: total \: number \: of \: oranges \: she \: \\ bought \: is \: 4350. \\ \\ hope \: this \: helps \: u...
