3 toffees for 1 rupee
We know, 1 rupee = 100 paise
Then 1 tofee = 34 paise approx.
To gain 50%, the SP must be 1.5 times of the CP, that'll be (100 + 50)/100 = ₹1.5
Which is 1.5 rupees for 3 toffees or 2 toffees for 1 rupee.
