a man completes 30 km of a journey at 6 km per hour and the remaining 40 km in 5 hours find his average speed for whole journey

D=s*t
For 30 km
30=6*t
T=5hr
For 40 km
40=5*t
T2=8hr
Now average speed is total distance /total time
Total distance =40+30=70
Total time = 5+8=13
Average speed =70/13=5.384 hr
