We can simply subtract the time of the country which is ahead by the country’s time which is behind

An important factor to determine time difference is the lines of latitude and longitude. these are imaginary lines which divide the Earth. Latitude lunes are drawn east and west .
As also u can see that difference b/w Gujarat and Arunachal Pradesh is 2 hours.
Every extra 15°degree = 1 hour.
