GIVEN :-

A man purchased Rs.2 for 3 lemons and selling Rs.1 for 2 lemons .

For 1 lemon, CP = Rs. 2/3

For 1 lemon, SP = Rs. 1/2

TO FIND :- Loss percentage.

SOLUTION :-

loss\% =  \frac{loss}{cp}  \times 100 \\  \\  \boxed{loss = cp - sp}

Loss = 2/3 - 1/2

=> (4 - 3)/6

=> 1/6

So, loss is Rs. 1/6

loss\% =  \frac{ \frac{1}{6} }{ \frac{2}{3} }  \times 100 \\  \\  \\  =  \frac{1}{6}  \div  \frac{2}{3}  \times 100 \\  \\  \\  =  \frac{1}{6}  \times  \frac{3}{2}  \times 100 \\  \\  \\  =  \frac{1}{4}  \times 100 \\  \\  = 25

Therefore, the loss percentage is 25% (Ans)
