Taxable amount (amount before tax) = 155.50
Sales Tax = 6%

Now tax is to be added so:
 = 155.50 \times \frac{100 + 6}{100} \\ = 155.50 \times \frac{106}{100} \\ \\ = 164.83
Rs. 164.83
