A man standing at the deck of a ship which is 10 m above water level observes the angle of elevation of a cloud as 30 degree and the angle of depression of the reflection of the cloud in the sea as 60 degree. Calculate the height of the cloud and distance of the cloud from the ship.

the height of the cloud=10*(tan 30+tan 60/tan 60-tan 30)=20
distance between ship and cloud =sin 30=1/2=20/h=40m
