Total days = 30 days
wages per day= Rs.10
fine for absent day= Rs. 2
Wages of 30 days = 10×30= Rs. 300
she get at the end = Rs. 216
A.T.Q,
absent days = (Total Rs. - Rs. she gets) ÷ (fine+wage of the day)
= (300-216)÷(2+10)
=84÷12 = 7 days

job for 30 days =300(30×10)

2 absence of one day
total rs - he gets ÷ fine+wage
then,300-216 ÷ 2+10
=84÷ 12
=7
therefore, he was absent 7 days
