7Suppose Xc ======>is a gene for colour blindness.
And A" =========.> is a gene for sickle cell anaemia.
hence genotype of female parent is = XcXc A"A"
And genotype of male parent is XY A"A"
female will produce 2 XcA" alleles
And male will produce 1 XA" and 1 YA" alleles
after crossing these alleles we get XcX A"A" (daughter) and XcYA"A" (sons)
That means out of two one (50%)will be girls and one will be boy.
But according to genotype of daughter she will carrier of colour blind ness and she have full sickle cell anemic as well as son will be colour blind and fully sickle cell anemic. that means both daughter and sons produced will died bcoz of sickle cell anemic disease ,,,,,,no one will live.
hence zero progeny will live or survive.
