therefore. Volume of the original cube= 9^3= 729cmcube
edges of two smaller cubes are 1 cm and 6 cm
therefore, sum of volumes of two smaller cubes=1cube +6 cube= 1 + 216 = 217cm cube
therefore, volume of the third cube= 729- 217=512 cm cube
therefore, edge of the third cube= 3√512= 8cm
