volume that can hold = volume of cylinder vessel - volume of hemisphere

radius of the cylinder = radius of hemisphere = 7 cm
          = pie *7²*12 - 2/3 * pie * 7³
          = pie 7² {12-14/3}
          = 22² *7/3
          = 1129.33 cm³
