Answer: Minimum of 16 containers will be required.

Step-by-step explanation:

Volume of one type of milk = 14 litres

Volume of other type of milk = 18 litres

Volume of container for which we will get minimum number of containers is HCF of 14 and 18

14 = 2 × 7

18 = 2 × 3 × 3

HCF = 2

Number of containers of milk of one type = \frac{14}{2}  = 7

Number of containers of milk of other type = \frac{18}{2}  = 9

Total number of containers = 7 + 9 = 16
