step I - area of triangle LNM

using formula Pythagoras theorem , we find the length of NM :-

(HY)^2=(H)^2+(B)^2

(25)^2=(20)^2+(B)^2

625=400+(B)^2

625-400=(B)^2

√225=B

15=B

SO AREA OF TRIANGLE LNM

1/2×BASE×HEIGHT

1/2×15×20=150cm^2

now,area of trapizium ABDC

1/2×(SUM OF PARALLEL SIDES)×(DISTANCE)

1/2×(50+35)×(16)=85×8=680cm^2

area of triangle LNM + area of trapizium NBDC

150cm^2+680cm^2

830cm^2 = answer
