1st case
Initial velocity (u) = 0 m/s (Because the vehicle has just started its movement)
Final Velocity (v) = 36 km/h (Given)
36 * 5/18 = 10 m/s
Time (t) = 10s
∴ a = v-u/t
= 10 - 0/10
= 10/10
= 1 m/s²
2nd Case:
Initial Velocity (u) = 36 km/h (Given)
36 * 5/18 = 10 m/s
Final Velocity (v) = 0 m/s
Time (t) = 20s
∴ a = v-u/t
= 0-10/20
= -10/20
= - 1/2 m/s²
According to me this the answer.......
Initial velocity (u) = 0 m/s (Because the vehicle has just started its movement)
Final Velocity (v) = 36 km/h (Given)
36 * 5/18 = 10 m/s
Time (t) = 10s
∴ a = v-u/t
= 10 - 0/10
= 10/10
= 1 m/s²
2nd Case:
Initial Velocity (u) = 36 km/h (Given)
36 * 5/18 = 10 m/s
Final Velocity (v) = 0 m/s
Time (t) = 20s
∴ a = v-u/t
= 0-10/20
= -10/20
= - 1/2 m/s²
