Radius = 28 cm or 0.28 m
Height = 2.1 m
Volume of the cylindrical drum = πr²h
⇒ 22/7*0.28*0.28*2.1
⇒ 3.62208/7
⇒ Volume = 0.51744 cu m
1 cu m = 1000 liters
Capacity of cylindrical drum = 0.51744*1000 
= 517.44 liters
