We know that the velocity of a body is complete zero if the moving body completes a single whole rotation. Velocity depends on the displacement caused.

Velocity equals to the product of mass and displacement.

As the moving body has a constant speed so the change in speed will be zero. The speed will be 10 m/s.

The magnitude of change in velocity will be 20 m per second.
