He is totally wrong and mad. Wasting all of the water will not help any of the future generations. If we adopt his ideas and start wasting water, there will be NO future generations. We will be DOOMED.
The best idea is to make him aware of all the ideas to save water not to waste it. After All, there IS A LIGHT UP AHEAD, But we only have to reach it.
Humans, have started increasing their love towards nature, and are trying to protect it now.
Anyways, wasting water = Inviting Death ...

The person's idea is correct only in one point of view.
He wanted to make our future generation understand the importance of water and make them aware about making limited use of water. It's a good idea. But the way he chose to implement this idea is absolutely incorrect.
WATER IS AN ESSENTIAL PART OF OUR LIFE
Water is considered to be a renewable resource. This is the thing in olden days. But today, everything ha changed. The usage of water has increased gradually leading to water scarcity making water a non-renewable resource.
Today people are used to waste large amount of water without making a proper use of it.
Only 1 % of the fresh water is available on Earth in the form of river, lakes and groundwater. But today due to many problems like over usage and pollution groundwater level has also gone down.
Pollution is another drastic element which causes wastage of water. Human beings are simply polluting the water for their use. They became so selfish. So they need to be taught a lesson regarding this.
But using up all the water present so that it wouldn't be there for next generation don't seem to be a good idea for that .There are many other ways for doing that. Water is a precious gift of nature . We may not be knowing if we will get the water we use today. So we need to make use of water wisely.
