perimeter of rectangle=circumference of circle
given length of the rectangle is 35cm and breadth is 31cm.
hence it's perimeter=2(l+b)
=2(35+31)
=2×66
=132cm
therefore circumference of circle is also 132cm.
therefore 2πr=132cm
→2×22/7×r=132cm
→44/7×r=132cm
→r=132/1×7/44
→r=3×7
→r=21cm
verification:-
circumference of circle=2πr
=2×22/7×21
=44×3
=132cm
hence verified
thus the radius of the circle is 21cm
