Perimeter of rectangle= 2*(52+36)

                                    = 166

Radius of circle=2*3.14*r = 166

                         =6.28*r = 166

                        r = 166/6.28

Radius= 26.4cm

perimeter of rectangle =2 (52+3600) cm square
now since this rectangle is converted into a circle ,perimeter of rectangle is equal to perimeter of circle
Now do the calculations and you will get the answer
