Answer:

in CGS unit :

density = mass/ volume = 120/160 = 0.75 g/cm^3

in SI unit :

mass = 120/1000 kg = 0.12kg

volume = 160/100 m = 1.6m

density = mass / volume = 0.12/1.6 = 0.075 kg/m^3

Explanation:

density of wood = mass/ volume

= 120/160

= 0.75 gram/ cm³.....(CGS)

again , density = 0.75×100³/1000

= 750 kg/ meter³......(SI)

Hope this helps you

Relation in units:-

(1) 1 gram = 1/1000 kg

( 1×1×1) cm³ = (1/100)×(1/100)×(1/100) m³

=> 1cm³ = (1/100³) m³
