Answer: It will be 7:30 pm in New Delhi. It will be 12:00 am in Vladivostok.

i. IST is ahead of BRT by 8 hours 30 minutes. ( IST = GMT + 5 hours 30 minutes, BRT = GMT - 3 hours)
ii. Thus, if it is 11 am in Brasilia (BRT) then it will be 7:30 pm on 31st December in New Delhi (IST). [11+8.30]
iii. Vladivostok (VLAT) is in Russia.
iv. VLAT is 13 hours ahead of BRT. ( VLAT = GMT + 10 hours)
v. Therefore, if it is 11 am in Brasilia then it will be 12 am in Vladivostok on 31st December or 00:00 on 1st January ( New Year ). [ 11+13 ]
