A pole of diameter 50cm is standing on ground and its weight is 100 kg . how much pressure is it exerting on ground?

Weight = Force= mg = 100 N
Now, diameter = 50 cm
         Radius    = 25 cm
         area = π r²
                 = 3.14 * 25 *25
                 = 1962.5 cm²
                 =0.019625 m²
  Pressure = force÷area
                  =100/0.019625
                   = 5095.54 Nm²
