P(x) = a^5

G(x) = a^2

Then Q(x) = a^(5-2) = a^3

And R(x) = a^1 and it is same at all form of degrees in P(x) and others.

Hey mate ,

The degree of remained is always one lass than the divisor.

Thus if we divide any polynomial by quadratic polynomial whose highest degree is 2 Thus the degree of remained = 1

Also the degree of quotient would be 3

It would become a cubic polynomial !!
