after a rainfall the raindrops are act like prism. the light rays are coming from sun which fall on raindrops and the sunlight divided into 7 colours. its called refraction. light separate into 7 colours its called dispersion , and the sunlight is reflect at specific angle is called intetnal reflection of light.
