According to the law of reflection

Angle of incidence = angle of refraction

So , angle of incident + angle of reflection

                                                              =90°

Therefore . angle of incident = 90°/2

                                                = 45°

Hope it is helpful....

The angle of incidence is equal to 45 degrees.

Explanation:

It is given that, Its reflected ray is perpendicular to the incident ray. According to the law of reflection, the angle of incidence is equal to the angle of reflection.

According to question,

Angle of incidence + angle of reflection = 90°

i+i=90^{\circ}\\\\2i=90^{\circ}\\\\i=45^{\circ}

So, the angle of incidence is equal to 45 degrees.
