Answer :
Total Expenditure = Average Expenditure * Number of months
According to Question,
Average Expenditure for first five months = 5000
therefore,
Total expenditure for first five months =5*5000 =25000
Average expenditure for next seven months = 5400
therefore,
Total expenditure for next seven months = 7*5400 =37800
Also , saving of a man in a year =2300
Therefore ,
Total Earnings of a man in a year = 25000+37800+2300
=65100
Therefore ,
Average monthly income = total earnings in a year /number of months in a year
=65100/12
=5425
hence Monthly income of a man is 5425.
Hope this helps you.
