.

18m 72 cm = 1872 cm

13m 20cm = 1320 cm

.

Find HCF:

1872 = 2⁴ x 3² • 13

1320 = 2³ x 3 x 5 x 11

HCF = 2³ x 3 = 24 cm

.

Find Number of tiles:

Number of tiles lengthwise = 1872 ÷ 24 = 78

Number of tiles breadthwise = 1320 ÷ 24 = 55

.

Total number of tiles = 78 x 55 = 4290

.

Answer: The least number of tiles is 4290
