Solution :

Where,

  • l = Length
  • b = Breadth

Length of rectangular field = 12m

Width = ❓

Area of rectangular field = 120m²

Ara of Rectangle = Length × breadth

Let the width be x m

120 = 12 × x

120 = 12x

x = 120/12

x = 10m

Hence

  • width of rectangular field is 10m
