Given
Perimeter =80m
Area=375m²

As we know area of rectangle =lxb

Lxb=375

L=375/b - - - - - - - - (1)

And perimeter of rectangle =2(l+b)=80

L+b=80/2

L=40-b --------(2)

From equation 1 and 2 we get

375/b = 40-b

375 =40b-b²

B²-40b+375

(sum=-40 multiple =375)

(-15,-25)

B²-25b-15b+375

We will get root as

25 and 15

So if we take b=25 m

Putting the value of b in equation 1 we get

L=15m

If we take b=375/25=15m

Then we get length as

=375/15 =25m

Mostly we take the length as larger side so we can write

Length =25m
Breath =15m

(it could be length =15m and breath =25m)

This is ur ans hope it will help you in case of any doubt comment below
