Height of rainfall falling in 1 min=2mm
Height of rain falling in 60 min = 2* 60 = 120mm
Height of rain falling in 5 hrs = 120*5=600mm=0.6 m
Volume of rain falling on land =. 4000*0.6=2400cu.m
Volume of water filled in tank = volume of water falling on land
i.e, 50*40*h= 2400
2000*h= 2400
h= 2400/2000 = 1.2m
