h = 4cm
r = 3cm

V = π r² h/3
= 22/7 * 3 * 3 * 4/3
=37.41 cm³

TSA = πrl
=22/7 *3 * 5
=47.14 cm²

                                            = 75.428 cm^2

Hence the volume is  37.7142 cm^3 and total surface area is  75.428 cm^2
