This letter is to inform u that due to mistake done by new refresher's ur incorrect brth date is updated on ur record.Recently , we had recruited some of our new refresher's , they are in Trainee , so I assure u that We will make the change as soon as possible. 

Secondly , I have to remind of ur next premium , hope u vil deposit the money as soon as possible  , u have to deposit it before 24th march.
