Suppose x pieces were cut.

So, x of 1/2 = 15

x × 1/2 = 15

So x = 15×2 = 30

Hence 30 pieces were cut…

LENGTH OF ROPE = 15CM

LENGTH OF ROPE CUT FROM 15CM LONG ROPE = 1/2M

NUMBER OF ROPE THAT CAN BE CUT FROM 15CM LONG ROPE = 15/1/2

= 30
