=> 5 m 75 cm = 5 + 0.75 = 5.75 m

If the rope is cut into 2 pieces and 1 piece is 2.25 m then the other will be

= Total - the other side.

= 5.75 - 2.25 = 3.5 m

= 3 m 50 cm ____(answer) ___
