A rubber band can change its shape on stretching but it is a solid. This happens because pressure is applied on the band which makes it to change the shape and it gains its original shape when released.

Yaa it is a solid...
as it regains the same shape when the force is removed. if excessive force is applied it breaks
as it regains the same shape when the force is removed. if excessive force is applied it breaks
