ANSWER:      

     If I am a sales manager of a company and I have to supply the colour crunchberry but if the colour crunchberry is out of stock then, I’ll first address my supplier and order the amount of crunchberry colour that is required and then I’ll provide an alternative that can be managed till I am refilled with the colour crunchberry and sorts the problem out.

    The ideal manager will never crack down under pressure instead he/she will take up pressure on his stride to work on it and achieve greater goals for his or her company.
