Here is your answer.
Let the price of money be x
so,
x - (12.5\% \times x) = 437.50 \\ x -  ( \frac{125x}{10 \times 100})   = 437.50 \\ x -  \frac{ x}{8}  = 437.50 \\ 8x - x = 437.50 \times 8 \\ 7x = 3500 \\ x =  \frac{3500}{7}  \\ x = 500
Therefore, cost of machine is ₹500.
