a shopkeeper sold nine 2 1/4 kg of wheat bags from a 31 5/6 kg sack .calculate how many kg of wheat is left in the sack?

Amount of wheat left = 31(5/6) - 2(1/4)
                                 = 191/6 - 9/4
                                 = (382-27)/12
                                 = 355/12
                                 = 29 6/12
