A solution contains 50g of sugar in 350g of water. Calculate the concen tration of solution in terms of mass by mass percentage of the solution.

%(m/m) = (Mass of solute / Mass of solution) × 100
= (50 g) / (50 g + 350 g)
= 0.125 %

Solution is 0.125% concentrated.
