A solution has been prepared by dissolving 5 g of urea in 95 g of water. what is mass percent of urea in solution

mass %= 5/5+95×100
=5/100×100
=0.05%×100
=5%

Hey !!

Mass percent = Mass of solute / Mass of solvent × 100

Mass of urea = 5g , Mass of water = 95 g

Mass percent of urea = \frac{5g}{5g + 95g} = 5%
