Speed ⇒ 339 m/s

Wavelength ⇒ 1.5 cm

now change it to metre

⇒ 1.5 / 100

⇒ 0.015 m

Speed = Wavelength x Frequency

⇒ 339 m/s = 0.015m x Frequency

⇒ Frequency = 339 m/s / 0.015m

= 22600 Hz.

It is more than 20000 Hz. Therefore, it will not be audible to the human ear

Hola :)

We know that -

speed = wavelength × frequency

Given,

speed = 339 m/s

wavelength = 1.5 cm = 0.015

frequency= ?

Frequency = speed / wavelength

Frequency = 339 / 0.015

Frequency = 22,600 Hertz.

Hope it helps!
